How does the meat stay fresh during transport?

Our use of special ice packs containing frozen distilled water combined with state of the art packaging guarantees the meat will remain at the correct temperature for 2 days in the carton whilst Chronopost guarantee to deliver to you within 24 hours. How do I know when my order has been despatched?

We will inform you either by email or telephone if you prefer. We will also provide you with an email tracker link so that you can follow your parcel on its way to your door. back to F.A.Q'S










































When will it be delivered, and what happens if I'm not in?

You will receive your delivery between 8 am and 1 pm on the day following the meat's departure from the abattoir, at the delivery address that you provide. There must be somebody present to sign for the delivery. If you are not able to be there your neighbour may accept the delivery for you as long as we have been informed of this at the time you place your order. Otherwise the carton will be returned to the nearest Chronopost agency for you to collect. Under no circumstances will we leave the parcel on your doorstep without it being signed for. back to F.A.Q'S
































Can you deliver at the weekend?

You can request a Saturday delivery when you place your order. There will be small surcharge. We do not deliver on a Sunday. back to F.A.Q'S
